Ritesh Kanchi

I'm a PhD student at Harvard University studying Computer Science and Human-Computer Interaction. My research focuses on developing intelligent user interfaces for niche communities in accessibility and education.

As a human-computer interaction researcher, I explore how intentional and inclusive technology design can empower people in their everyday interactions with technology. Beyond research, I deeply care about both introductory and interactive systems education in computing and design.

What I'm thinking about

  • New ways to teach HCI and design
  • Intelligent assistive technologies
  • Adaptive user interfaces
  • Contextful user modeling
  • Accessible computer science education
